VidyaOS Demo School (not a real school) — Transport
Transport
Fourteen buses on eleven routes across Rohini and Pitampura, GPS-tracked, with a second adult on every route carrying pre-primary children.
Fourteen buses run eleven routes across Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Prashant Vihar and Sectors 3 to 24. Every bus carries a GPS unit the transport office watches live, and every route carrying pre-primary children carries a second adult besides the driver.
How the fee is set
The route is banded by distance from the school gate, not by area name, so two addresses on the same road can fall in different bands. Ring the transport line with your address before applying and the office will tell you the exact band and the current termly fee.

Questions
Questions parents ask about transport
Can I change route or stop mid-year?
Yes, on written request to the transport office, subject to seats on the new route. The fee band changes from the following month, not retroactively.
What happens if the bus is running late?
The transport office can see every bus live and will answer a call about it during school hours; a persistent delay on a route is announced on the notice board the same evening.
