Questions

About the fees

The five questions the office is asked most often, answered in writing.

Is there anything to pay that is not on this page?

No. The table above is the whole amount for the session. There is no building fund, no capitation fee and no “voluntary” contribution at any stage — the admissions page says the same thing and we mean it the same way.

When is each instalment due?

Three instalments: 10 April, 10 August and 10 December. A receipt is issued the same day, by email and on paper.

What happens if we pay late?

There is a late fee of ₹10 a day after the fifteenth of the month. If paying is genuinely difficult, write to the Principal before the due date rather than after it — no child has been sent home from this school over fees.

Is there any concession?

Yes. A sibling concession of 10% on the second child’s tuition, and a needs-based concession decided by the Society each March. Both are applied to the bill; neither has to be claimed twice.

Are the fees refundable if we withdraw?

The security deposit is refunded in full on withdrawal. Tuition already fallen due is not, and tuition not yet due is not charged.

Ready to apply?

The form is free. The registration fee is ₹500 and it is the only thing you pay before a place is offered.
